Once you're in, the first place we'll get you started is with our 90 Day BIM Blueprint. This will give you a step-by-step plan on what you will be need to do over the next 3 months to learn all the skills and be ready to apply.

You're also going to have questions along the way regarding the BIM Coordination process which you follow along with in the training, which is why you'll have access to our weekly BIM calls and direct 1:1 messaging support.

My favourite is one of our members who went from being made redundant after he had just bought a house and had a mortgage to pay. He was able to land 2 jobs within 30 days of applying to BIM Coordination roles

We've also had a member who intentionally quit her job to go all in on BIM Coordination and become a BIM Coordinator 2 months after quitting her job. All she did was take action on her goals.

Now that you know what's possible, It's really up to you how much of an overachiever you want to be.

Usually a good amount to start with is 4-5 hours/week. if you go faster, you will just learn the skillset quicker.

Most of the work will be front-loaded in your initial 8 weeks of learning the BIM Coordination Skillset. This is where your knowledge will transform and you will acquire the skillset that only 1% if the market has.

After learning, there's nothing holding you back other than applying to jobs and looking for work. So we will then position you as an expert and implement my acquisition mastery strategy to land a job.

Nope. While one part of the program is the training material and is a crucial part for your learn, a big portion of our focus is on the coaching and support.

The reason our members get results so quickly is because we focus on practical knowledge and workflows rather than theoretical education which never helps anyone land jobs.

You'll have three main ways to get help.

1. Through our Skool community of Architects, Engineers and BIM Coordinators - You'll be able to ask questions to the other there or just connect with other like-minded people.

2. Through our weekly BIM Accelerator Q&A calls - This is the best option if you'd prefer to get help by talking to me personally face to face over zoom. There's usually around 3-5 people on these calls at a time so you'll have ample opportunity to get the help you need.

3. Through the 1:1 support chat with Hesh - Best place to get direct help with personal questions about your Career and Journey. You'll usually get an answer same or next day.

95% of the people that have joined BIM Accelerator have never had BIM Coordination experience in the past.

The reason this program is so effective is because I transfer my industry experience over to you over the span of 3 months (That's the whole point).

This allows you to attend the Job interviews and answer questions the same way I would. You will answer questions with real world insights which is what compels them to give you the job.

Online courses will not help you, you need real world insights.

The world has evolved in 2025 onwards. Pieces of paper don't guarantee anything because information is free online anyway. The only thing that is valuable now is experience.

A Masters Degree in BIM does not guarantee you a job because all you learned was theoretical knowledge.

You need the practical knowledge in order to actually get into the industry.

I have worked with many people who struggled to even get an interview after doing their BIM Masters. But they were able to land multiple job offers after implementing my system.

All members were able to transition to BIM Coordination without going back to formal education institutes which are no longer worth it in 2025

You will be equipt with all the industry knowledge, CV, Portfolio to be able to land a job. All you have to do is apply to the right companies that align with your career goals.
